Stunning fruit flavors of blackberry, strawberry and raspberry are complemented by notes of cedar spice and a touch of mocha. Pairs nicely with grilled steak, lamb chops, and pasta in red sauce. DeLoach Heritage Reserve Chardonnay from California is a white wine nicely integrated with notes of orange blossom and creamy honeydew melon, and the tropical flavors of pineapple, papaya and mango. Pairs well with halibut in a caper and basil vinaigrette and mushroom risotto.
