You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive a wine basket from us. Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship wine to AZ, IN, KY, MI, MS, ND, TN or UT. This basket must be signed for by an adult age 21 or older, who can provide proof of age. If you are sending a basket requiring an adult signature and are not sure if anybody will be home to sign for it, we strongly suggest you ship the basket to a work address, or to an address where somebody age 21 or older, who can provide proof of age, will be there to sign for it.

During checkout, Ground delivery shipping options may be limited by the contents, destination and delivery date selected for your order. Ground and Express orders received before 2 P.M. EST, Monday-Friday (excluding the weeks leading up to Christmas) will ship the same day or on a future date, if requested. Orders received after 2 P.M. will be shipped the next business day, or on a future date, if requested.
Van deliveries within Northern NJ are only available when ordering ten or more items to one location, Monday - Friday. Orders must be received before 10:30 A.M. EST. Orders received after 10:30 A.M.
