If you are not fully satisfied with your gift basket, we will promptly exchange or refund the cost of the basket, less a 15% restocking fee. All we ask is that you call us at (800) 691-0059 and return the basket to us, in its original condition, within 15 days. Items which have been personalized or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have received a basket with broken contents, please call us within 10 days at (800) 691-0059. We will arrange to replace the damaged items, or the entire basket, if necessary.
